Spring 2009
I have been invited to have a solo exhibition for 6 months at the Patricia's Green public sculpture site in Hayes Valley, San Francisco. I will be working with the Hayes Valley Arts Coalition, The San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department and the San Francisco Arts Comission to create a large scale public sculpture. Sweet! Come visit it in Hayes Valley in the fall. I will provide more details as they become available.

I have been selected for the exhibition Apature 2008. I will be showing "Graft", a tree grafted to another tree by an industrial bracket creating a double ended tree. It's going to be a great show, I hope to see everyone there.

I was invited to exhibit with 5 other outstanding artists at Diablo Valley College. The exhibit is entitled "Systems of Decay". I will be creating two new video sculptures/installations. Make the trek to the East Bay. It will be worth the trip!

A solo show at 5 Mined Fields in Emeryville, CA! This is going to be a very exciting show! I will have many new pieces and hopefully cram the place full of art! So many exclamation points!! This will be a show not to miss. I will post further updates on the opening reception and gallery hours as they come in. I will see everyone there.

The show is being produced by APICC
(Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Center) and curated by Kearny
Street Workshop. There is going to be a lot of space for large works and
the artists are really awesome. I will hopefully be having some large works
for the show.

"FLING"
went extremely well! There were well over 300 people attending. Click the
image to see more pictures of the event as well as the collaborative piece between
me and Nix. We got a lot of good reaction from the crowd. The show was a great
success. Thank you Derek and Han.

I am participating in a
show entitled "FLING" which is based on the relationship
of two artists collaborating together. There are 11 pairs of artists working
together from all over the country and the world. I have been paired up with
a very creative illustrator, Nicomi Turner. I'm looking forward to seeing what
we create. The exhibition of all the works will be at SOMArts in San Francisco
on March 11, 2006, from 7-10pm.
